Author Teres Lambert loves words and the power of words. As a professional, the native Kansan has taught high school and college, worked in the world of advertising and public relations agencies and has written for magazines and newspapers. Teres has a strong tie to kangaroos as she lived in Australia for three years and saw hundreds of kangaroos in the bush and outback.

“Mommy, Do You Love Me?” is Teres’ first published children’s book.

“This book was written for one reason: to let children know that they are loved,” Teres states. “Sometimes we parents get so busy that we neglect to say ‘I love you’ to our children. Or the words simply don’t get said because parents didn’t hear those words from their parents.
